GCASH GCredit (Fuse Lending) Support takes more than 1 month for a failed transaction

What happened?

I tried paying my Meralco bill via GCredit, receieved a "GCash Transaction Failed" error message, so I tried again but received the same error message.

Upon checking, I see a transaction that completed, so I was charged.
Immediately, I created a ticket via e-mail with their Fuse Lending Support Group, providing all required documentation and screen shots.

Since I did not receive an update after 1 week, I tried to contact them again, receiving a new ticket and needing to send all required information AGAIN. This happened 3 times.

After calling the hotline, they said they will reprocess and pay the next bill, which sadly did not happen, they also said to pay the bill in advance... this also did not happen after more than 2 weeks...

Do no rely on them for this!

A simple reversal of the posting could have resolved this with less time!

I will never pay my electric bill via GCredit anymore because of this hassle.
